At night time , wash the grains of 1 pouch and soak in water in a glass tumbler of around 200-250ml. and cover it. In the morning pour / filter the water in another glass tumbler and drink it. Again soak the grains and drink water in afternoon and at night by the same above procedure. Grains of one pouch has to be used 3 times. After that use another pouch and repeat the same procedure for 10 consecutive days without any gap.
